Harlow, Essex: Harlow Development Corporation, 1952. Book. Fair. Soft cover. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. Second edition, August 1952 (first issued in 1947). Grey card covered stapled report. Condition: Fair to good, covers are quite grubby to edges with shelfwear and some blue marks to lower part of front cover and some watersplash marks to base of rear cover. The name R.C.Estall is written on the reverse of the front cover. The card on the spine is split vertically along the spine for approximately two inches between the staples. A copy of the master plan is inserted into the pocket inside rear cover. It is in reasonably good condition with some creasing and wear to folds. The name R.C.Estall is written in the top right corner as well as four faint pinholes to the corners of the plan and an approximately two inch long horizontal tear to the top corner of the plan. Loosely inserted at the front of the report is a small typewritten sheet with a couple of hand-written amendments relating to current and estimated figures for population, factories, schools etc. 28pp. Several b/w photos and plans within text. .
