Black dust jacket lettered in white and decorated with raised spidery lines. Blind stamped black cloth. Illustrated throughout with vintage (rather gruesome) crime scene photos, medical conditions, eroticism and erotic deviance, and a fascination with hermaphrodites. Edition limited to 5000 copies. A fine, as new copy.
