Bound in pink, green and black pictorial boards with illustrations by Gorey, in a matching dust wrapper titled in black on the front panel and on the spine. The book is housed in a dark blue slipcase. The dust wrapper is price-clipped and was possibly issued thus for the limited edition. Unpaginated, with Edward Gorey's illustrations in green and black on the rectos. Near fine
