INSCRIBED BY HEINECKEN TO FELLOW PHOTOGRAPHER ART SINSABAUGH on the title page. Oblong octavo, crisp and Near Fine in its thick, spiral-bound wrappers, with just a touch of very light wear at the spine ends.
