Hardback, 1904 and 1905, presumed first English editions, published by Rebman, New York and London, 1257 pages.
Green cloth boards and spines with gilt lettering and detail. Boards and spines are worn, rubbed, scuffed and marked. Corners a little bumped. Binding holding reasonably well, though spines are a little slack and front inner hinge of first volume cracked. Page edges browned and marked. Some marks here and there but otherwise page surfaces are quite clean and appear to contain no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
