About This Item
New York: Houghton Mifflin, 1944. Book. Fine. Hardcover. Reprint. Reprint edition. This book has the green cover, no embossed character profile on front cover and slightly smaller format then the earliest printings with date on the copyright page, no date on title page and no additional printings listed. Previous owner's signature on front free endpaper. Spine tight, boards rigid, tips pointed. Dust jacket is the black one with particolored bits, price clipped and has heavy loss of half of spine, around top of jacket to about one inch and at other edges. Looks jaunty in a new plastic cover. Shipping box is suitable for wrapping. .
