A signed presentation copy in black ink to the title page. The inscription reads, 'To Bet - Merry Christmas 2004 Michael Palin'. The front panel of the wrapper has a publisher's signed by the author circular sticker. The head and tail of the spine is a little bumped with a slight associated crease to the overlying wrapper.
