Paris,: Typographie de Firmin Didot, frères,, 1844.. 2 volumes: [vi], xv, [i blank], 368; [ii blank], [iv], 390, [ii blnak] pp. 8vo (13,5 x 21 cm.). Nicely bound in contempoarary half dark green chagrin (shagreen), spine with raisen bands with gilt rullers, gilt floral compartments, gilt lettered and numbered.-- (Some light scattered foxing; clear and light waterstain in parts of the lower margin). ¶ The first edition was published in 1829. Despite the minor flaws as described above, an attractive copy in a nice price binding with the gilt supralibros of the Lycée Impériale Louis le Grand on first sides of the binding.
