This book contains two parts of Beauties of England and Wales.: Hertfordshire and Essex 1808. The Hertfordshire is missing title page albeit has 15 plates. Essex has a title page and includes 20 plates. Possibly original marble cloth on boards, brown leather spine with gilt titles over black leather label and blindstamped bands. Mild rubbed wear to boards. Light small stain to head of spine, mild scufffng Faint dusting of a little soiling. Edges: age soiling and a touch rubbings. New eps with light foxings. Advertisement page with thin previous vertical white tape repair to guttering; small open split to fore-edge. One page with two small old cellotape residue. Light shadowing impression from plates to facing pages. Other than mild foxig to plates verso page it is actually quite clean contents. Binding is As New. 496p. HB. VG/None.
