Text is clean, tight and unmarked. Faint water-stain to first dozen pages. Map has two closed tears and some tanning and damage along exposed edge, otherwise intact. Black glazed paper (?) boards are clean, rubbed with chip missing at tail of spine and split to front hinge. Size: 4.5" x 7". Second Corrected and Improved Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 4.5" x 7"..
