Description

New York, NY: Leavitt & Allen, 1954. Revised and Edited . Hardcover. Good. 8vo, In Two Volumes. Red embossed boards with cameo paste on of title and author on the spine. Volume I has the cloth worn from the base of the boards and corners. There is a one inch tear at the top of the spine and there are two and a half and one and a half inch tears at the base. The cloth at the top and the base of the spine is worn. Previous owner's signature and date (1856) on the front free page. There is some foxing and light soiling. Volume II has some worn areas but no tears. Previous owner's signature and date (1856) on the front free page. There is some foxing and light soiling. The hinges of both Volume I and Volume II are good. Both volumes are illustrated. Volume I has 552 pages and Volume II has 559 pages.

US and International book orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Books paid by personal cheque must allow for the cheque to clear the bank. We will then email the buyer on the shipping date. Oversized or heavier books MAY require additional postage. All books are returnable within 14 days past the estimated delivery date and must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
