Gray gilt stamped cloth over boards, frontis of the church, viii + 65 pp., a history of the First Congregational Church in Cromwell, Connecticut on its two hundredth anniversary in 1915, includes the anniversary sermon and other parts of the celebration. Corners and spine ends bumped, covers moderately soiled, half inch spot of wear on fore-edge of back board, a previous owner made checkmarks in blue pencil in the blank margins next to some paragraphs between pages 15 and 20; otherwise the text of the book is clean and unmarked, binding is sound.
