The covers of Volume Two have three thin scrapes to the outer edge of the front cover and slight wear to the outer corners. The covers of Volume Three have some rubbing to the front spine edge and to the outer corners. Volume Four has a split to the lower spine end and wear to the upper spine end. The outer corners and adjacent edges have rubbing. ; In four volumes, complete. "A new edition, with copious notes; and an essay on the Life and Writings of Cervantes, by John G. Lockhart, Esq." Full leather covers with marbled boards. There is marbeling to the page ends. Private owner's name written on front blank of each volume. English text. .
