Little Rock, AR: Pioneer Press. Very Good+. 1972. 1st Edition; 1st Printing. Hardcover. B&W Illustrations; This book is in Very Good+ condition and is lacking a dust jacket. The book and its contents are in mostly clean, bright condition. There is some beginning rubbing and wear to the spine ends of the book cover. The text pages are clean and bright. There is a previous owner's inked name on the front endpaper. "He served in the U. S. Air Force on active duty from 1952-1958. While on active duty, he taught at the Air Force Academy. He retired from the Air Force Reserves as a colonel. He taught at Arkansas Tech University from 1958-1998. While at Tech, he served as Assistant Academic Dean, Dean of Arts and Sciences, and Head of the History and Political Science Department. He taught a wide variety of courses, including his favorite, U. S. Constitutional Law. He was a professor emeritus. He received great satisfaction from writing, and published four books, including History of Arkansas Tech and The Days the Presidents Died. In recent years, he wrote a weekly column for the Atkins Chronicle. " (author's obituary) .
