West Warwick, RI: Necronomicon Press, 1977. VG+ in toned green stapled wraps. Printed by Edward L. Shunney. A facsimile reprint of a limited memorial edition published by W.H. Shepherd, The Rebel Press, Oakman, AL. A special limited edition was made from an original kept in the Lovecraft collection of the John Hay Library of Brown University, which provided the press with an original copy. A first edition was limited to a printing of 450 copies (50 of the original 500 were lost by the USPS). This edition, the second, consists of five hundred copes, this being number 402.
