R.R. Donnelley and Sons, 1909. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. Three quarter leather. Black leather spine and corners with green cloth boards. Bottom corners rubbed through with ribbing to the spine ends and joints as well. Clean. Binding is mostly good except for pages 784/785, and 832/833 are cracking, several other areas feel shaken. No marks or notations. All maps included. 842 pages.
