Delightful story of 2 Christian Boys and their kindly and adventurous progress. Well illustrated Children's Classic with over 100 B&W Full-Page Plates and In-Text Illustrations. Period Blue cloth cover with bright Gilt ground to Lettering on front & spine. Blind enbossed Floral Design on front & spine. Top page edges Blue. Title page had Vignette of the 2 boys reading. Cloth chipped at spine ends (see photo), and worn at bottom fore corner on front board. old presentation label on endpaper. No other inscriptions except old penciled price. Pages in very good, clean condition.
