Rutland, VT: The Tuttle Company. Poor with no dust jacket. 1915. First Edition. Hardcover. Rear cover is heavily dampstained, cloth coming loose along lower edge. Lower edge of front cover and rear edge and lower end of spine are dampstained. Varying amounts of dampstaining, mostly slight but sometimes heavier, to the spine and lower edges of pages in the rear. Rear inner hinge is cracked, rear outer hinge is partly split. Rear cover is loosely attached. One plate in rear is detached but present, another plate is barely attached. .
