U.S.A.: Viking Press, 1977. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Volume One & Volume Two--together--each signed by the author on the half-title page--signature only. Tight, clean and unmarked copies with light dustiness to the page edges and light edgewear to the tips and head and heel of the spines. The dustjackets are price-clipped and show light rubbing and moderate edgewear with a small area of paper loss to Volume One at the bottom of the spine. Very scarce signed. Now protected in clear acrylic dustjacket coverings and will be shipped well packed and in a box. From the collection of M.B. Goldstone--collector and brother of Adrian Homer Goldstone--Steinbeck's bibliographer.
