May 1995 very oversize hardcover 2nd printing inscribed by editor/publisher Martin Davis to artist Everett Raymond Kinstler. Closed two inch tear, soil/tanning and a lot of denting on dj, also staining on ffep and a little on the edge, sunning on cover, else text clean,, binding tight. Oversize book – extra shipping charges will apply, especially for international and priority orders as this will not fit into a flat rate envelope.
