New York: Harper and Brothers, [1912]. Later printing, with date code "L-M" (i.e. November 1912) to copyright page. Quarto (22.5cm). Blue cloth with pictorial paper onlay to front board; not paginated; two-color illustrations throughout. Die-cut hole through the majority of textblock. Sound but much rubbed, front onlay with minor stains and chips, fingersoil throughout Good. Includes a racist stanza and depiction of a Black woman and children.
