United States: Chartwell Books, 1980. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Good/Good. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. Book has shelfwear, bumped corners, a bit of page ripping and a slightly cocked spine. No mildew. Jacket has edgewear to the head and heel of the spine as well as the corners, inner covers show evidence of water damage. no mildew and does not show through to the front side.
