Philadelphia`: Carey, Lea and Blanchard, 1838. New Edition. Hardcover. Octavos, 2 Volumes. In Good minus condition. Bound in brown cloth with black text on brown paper spine labels. Boards show bumping to corners, rubbing to corners exposing boards, cocking to spines, bending and fraying to spine edges, wear to spine labels, and damp staining to covers. Textblocks have light age toning, moderate foxing to pages, and writing in pencil on title pages. Volume I has splitting to front interior hinge, damp staining throughout, writing in pencil on front endpaper, and library stamp on both pastedowns. Shelved Room A
