The pages are clean and the binding is secure, although there is a pink stain at the edge of the first 3-4 pages also on the front cover. There is a library stamp with paper due date. Inside, the book does lay open to the very front with a secure but slightly stretched binding. No other marks, rips, tears, stains or writing. Ready to ship with delivery confirmation.
