The book, about foreign attitudes about the U.S.A. contains forwards and messages by President Warren G. Harding, British Prime Minister David Lloyd George, Canadian Prime Minister Arthur Meighan, Australian Prime Minister William Morris Hughes, New Zealand Prime Minister William Massey, and Northern Ireland Prime Minister Sir James Craig.
