Having authored over 30 books, President Carter was recently asked which was his favorite and he immediately responded with "An Hour Before Daylight." Published in 2001, An Hour Before Daylight recounts his boyhood in Plains, Georgia. It was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize in 2002 and would become one of his best selling books.
