In near fine condition with very good dustwrapper (dw; Spine slightly faded. Not price clipped. With protective plastic wrap). Else a clean and tight copy. 252 pp. Title page blue/grey with white lettering and border. The author was looking for a house, instead found the ideal place to build one. This is the story of building the house from scratch.
