Portland: Thomas B. Mosher, 1913. Third Edition. Hardcover. Good. Signed by artist Calvert Coggeshall on the title page. About Very Good. Quarter cream paper with light grey paper on the boards, generally soiled and rubbed. Square and firmly bound, clean internally. Limited to 925 copies, being a faithful reproduction of the first English edition. Coggeshall was an American abstract painter who received the Guggenheim Fellowship in 1978.
