London: Heinemann 1905 With a large number of photographs, plans, and estimates of cottages and bungalows, from £130 to £1300. Introduction by Henry Norman. Hardcover book , xv, frontis, 218pp, followed by xxxii - furnishing the cottage and full page adverts. Green cloth, no dust jacket. Spine browned, rubbing to corners and ends, some age wear. Internally some pages and photographic plates are loose however all are present. Some pale foxing throughout. A fair copy. Pictures available.
