Book Condition: Good: small crack in the front internal hinge at the top; ink spot on text block fore edge, scattered smudges on the pages; flaking of the finish on the boards; light wear to head, tail, and tips. No DJ. Orange cloth boards and spine with gray lettering on the front board. 115 pp 4to. The author was known in both American and Europe as an authority on baking and decorating cakes and pastries. This book was designed to help bakeries improve sales by using his recipes which fill 115 pages of cake, pastry, and miscellaneous bakery items. A clean presentable copy.
