Netherlands: Kluwer Academic Press, 1991. Hardback. Very Good. Navy imitation leather over boards with white particulars to spine and front cover. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block has light foxing to top edge; fore edge is clean and unmarked; a few spots of foxing to lower edge. Boards have scuffing and white markings to front board and bumping to corners. Binding is tight and square.
