Very Good; Hardcover; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 270 pp. bound in flexible blue cloth; gilt lettering; illustrated with black & white photos, engraving on ads; Five folding maps (two hidden inside front and back covers). Folding Maps include: Switzerland, Jura-Simplon Railway, Northern of France Railway, Eastern of France Railway, and Town of Lucerne. In text map of the Italian Lakes, and Spiral Tunnels of St. Gotthard Railway. Clean cover, firmly bound; moderate wear extremities. Previous owner's name written in pencil on front endpaper, dated 1896. Rear endpages tanned. Index of Illustrations page has separated from text block. Maps are quite delicate. One map torn unevenly along fold where attached to binding; mended with tape. Other maps crisp and intact. .
