NY: Macmillan, 1917. First edition. Hardcover. Very good. Original reddish brown cloth with gilt lettering on spine and no lettering on front cover, octavo, 184 pp, 6pp adverts. Top edge dusty, else fine
This binding not described in BAL. The only binding variant recorded is one with black spine lettering and plain front. Previously uncollected articles and sketches, including "Small Boat Sailing" and "Four Horses and a Sailor" (originally published in Sunset Magazine as "Navigating Four Horses North of the Bay"). BAL 11972, Sisson/Martens page 92.
