Cambridge: Cambridge Univ Pr, 1988. 1st Edition. Brown Cloth. Very Good Plus/Very Good Minus. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. 292pp. Extremely scarce book. Numerous b/w illustratibe plates support the text. Light rubbing to the wrapper along the head and tail of the spine and the front of the wrapper along the edge of the spine with a couple of mm nicks to the wrapper at the tail of the spine. Slight sunning to the spine of the wrapper. Light shelf wear to the head and tail of the spine with a slight bump to the top edge of the front board hidden under the wrapper. Internally clean, tight and fresh. A very good copy of this very scarce super book.
