London: Seeley & Co, 1929. First. Hardcover. VG+ to near Fine. with life-sized illustrations of most of the game tracks. 225 pp, ill. Covers Central African game on a specie by specie basis. Nice vg+ to near fine copy in first state original buckram cloth. Laid inside is a photocopy of a 4 page letter written by Lyell to a Mr Williams about South Africa, and he also recommends the book by Stevenson Hamilton. Lyell is one of the most collected African big game hunting authors.
