Canada: English Hills Press, 2002. Paperback is about 5 1/4 X 6 1/2 inches. Cover sits up on the fore edge when laying flat. Has gently bumped corners and spine ends. The spine ends are a little worn bare and the head one is creased with a few wee chunks missing. The title page has number in pencil. Fore edge is a little dirty with a few light finger smudges. Inside is unmarked and near new condition.
