1554. [20], 319, [5]. 16 x 11.5 cm. Limp vellum binding with gilt titling to spine and gilt Lion of St. Mark on front cover. Soiling to covers and spine; 20 mm and 10 mm splits starting at head joints on either side of spine. Dust soiling and toning to edges of text block. Front hinge cracked. Front pastedown bears the bookplate of American Attorney General during the Taft administration, George Woodward Wickersham. Small amount of soiling and marginalia throughout text. Dampstaining to tail of pages 289-[320]. Tiny insect bore holes to upper fore edge corner of text through roughly 60% of pages. Binding still firm.. Hard Cover. Good.
