About This Item
Lipsiae [Leipzig]: apud Thomam Fritsch, 1712. Editio Nova. Hardcover. Very Good. Contemporary full vellum, gilt-stamped letteirng in yellow spine panel, ex-library manuscript leather spine labels; 12mo (4 x 6.75 inches); pp. [12], 845, [4] (index), with woodcut printer's device on title-page (image of a pegasus). Lacking frontis? Text block faintly browned; small spot of soiling on title-page; some tidy underlining here and there; light wrinkling along top edge of first few leaves, nowhere extending beyond the margin. Flaws are very minor -- overall, a nice, bright copy.
