This copy with a bookplate laid in signed by both edfitors. The book is further signed on the title page by editor Verbeck Smith. ; 8" x 10-1/4"; xix, 389 pp; Signed by Author; Little wear to book, clean and unmarked apart from noted signature. Jacket lightly toned at spine and tops of panels, lightly soiled to rear panel, in clear protective cover. .

Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
