Index Print. Co., printers and binders, 1909. Unknown Binding. Acceptable. Cover is worn and has some spotting. Pages are slightly warped (Possibly from water damage. Binding inside front cover is starting to tear, but isn't yet loose. Pages have some age discoloration and a very few marks in pencil. Page between title page and introduction is missing. Book is not in ideal condition, but except for the one page, all others are present. Photos available upon request, and all offers will be considered.
