New York: McLoughlin Bros. No date stated - research strongly suggests 1897. Paper over board covers are worn, chipped, with a 2.5 x 3 inch piece missing from lower right corner, 1 x 1.25 inch piece missing from rear lower corner. Paper is creased on front, peeling away from boards on rear, spine is faded and frayed at top and bottom and has 1 inch tear along rear joint at top. Crease on pastedowns, previous owner's inscription in ink on ffep, and 2 x 2.5 inch piece missing from lower corner of ffep and pages separating from spine, but 16 color-illustrations intact if somewhat worn. Overall, poor.. Hard Cover. Poor/No DJ. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
