The front flap of the book's dust jacket has "30-70 / No.5226A" at the bottom and the rear flap ends with "Among the other books illustrated by Mr. Sendak are the Giant Story, The Magic Pictures, Shadrach, and Hurry Home, Candy. / Harper & Brothers / No. 5227A" This all conforms with Hanrahan A12. The clipped front jacket flap and new price sticker may indicate an increase in price by the bookseller or by the publisher.
