Henry Forster Morley (15 September 1822 1894) was a writer on English literature and one of the earliest Professors of English Literature. With chapters on the reign of James I, religion in the fifteenth century, and the reign of Elizabeth I. Including numerous illustration in the text. In a half-morocco binding. Externally sound, though rubbed, with some loss to the rear board. Some marks to the boards. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright, with just some scattered light spotting. Good
