Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. This copy is number 111 of 200, signed by Christopher W. Lane on verso of half-title page. Oblong 4to. Green gilt stamped cloth over boards, 198 pages, Name Index, Title Index, Publication Index, Bibliography, profusely illustrated in color and black and white, including over 700 images from the Charles Rand Penney Collection of prints of the Niagara Falls and River. Small ink dot on front cover near title letters. In a color-illustrated dust jacket that is slightly sunned in places, slightly bumped and worn on corners and spine ends, toned along interior top edge, bumped on edges, small tear on back cover that has been repaired with archival repair tape, tiny tears at bottom edge.
