[iv], 16 pp. An 1801 medical essay for the University of Pennsylvania, describing the symptoms and procedures doctors need to understand when treating Uterine Haemorrhage. "When hemorrhages occur during the first six months of pregnancy, we call them abortions. Hemorrhages may occur at any time from the sixth month til labor commences, or it may occur during labor, before the birth of the child."
