"In his Incidents of Travel in Central America, Chiapas, and, Yucatan the author intimated his intention to make a more thorough exploration of the ruins of the latter country. That intention has since been carried into effect, and the following pages are the result" Bound in 19th century half tan leather over marbled boards. 120 engraving including map and folding plates. Both volumes are sporadically foxed throughout- this is not unusual in this edition . There is also some minor shelf rubbing to boards. Overall an attractive set.SELLER SUPPLIED IMAGES.
