About This Item
New York: Henry Holt, 1911 xi, 494 pp with 4 B&W plates and one fold-out map. A positive appraisal of the previous Viceroy of India, Lord Curzon, five years after his departure. Text is tight, foxed, with some moisture staining to first three pages. Front and rear hinges are cracked. Map showing the British political divisions of the Near East and India is intact but detached. Red cloth boards are scuffed, rubbed. Nonetheless a servicable reading copy.. Hard Cover. Fair/No Jacket.
