Green embosed boards, gilt decoration and lettering, shows some signs of wear, but generally a good, unmarked copy, previous owner's signature on front endpaper, remains of sticker on title page, illustrated in b & w with line drawings and photos, two pages have been folded over at one time, and are creased, otherwise, plates and text are in good state. A really good early introduction to its subject. ; 6.5 x 9.25"; 271 pages .
