London: C. Smith & Son.. Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. 53pp+ foldout map. No date c1900. Green cloth, gilt lettering and black decoration. Contains an alphabetical list of 7,000 streets and a linen backed foldout colored map with attached measuring tape to locate streets and public buildings. Map measures approx.30x20 inches (78x51cm). Covers separated and have been re-attached with hinge tape, first 10 pages have dog-eared edges and short tears, title page has 1 inch piece torn from corner. Map is age-darkened and showing slight creasing at folds, but very legible and intact.
