Boston: Privately Printed [The Merrymount Pres], 1920. vii, 393 pp. 22 x 16 cm. Cream quarter cloth with dark green paper covered boards, gilt titling on leather spine label. Parallel text in Italian and English. Light rubbing to boards, with some rubbing to spine label resulting in a slight loss of gilt to head of label. Some slight bumping and rubbing to corners of boards. Light age toning to edges of text block. Some mild discoloration to endpapers. Interior clean and unmarked. Binding sound. An excellent copy of this uncommon translation of Dante's most famous book. . Hard Cover. Very Good.
